Overview

We introduce cross-border corporate funding requirements to specialist lenders and investors with the capability to structure and execute multi-jurisdiction transactions across the UK, Europe, the United States and Canada.

Cross-border funding requirements arise where a borrower, asset, or transaction spans multiple jurisdictions — commonly where a UK-based business requires funding in the US or Europe, or where an international sponsor is acquiring UK assets. These transactions require lenders with multi-jurisdiction legal and credit expertise.

We work with a network of lenders and investors that regularly execute cross-border transactions, including international private banks, US-headquartered debt funds with UK and European platforms, and pan-European credit funds. We can coordinate multi-currency facilities and parallel debt structures where required.
