Our role is to identify, qualify and introduce well-structured funding requirements to the most appropriate capital providers within our network. We operate exclusively as principals, not as regulated brokers or advisers, and all regulated activities are undertaken by appropriately authorised third-party firms.
We handle funding requirements from £250,000 to £450 million+ across twelve principal funding solutions, spanning development finance, bridging, portfolio refinance, structured credit, growth capital and cross-border transactions.
All enquiries and introductions are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
